This notice explains what personal information Our App Limited collects through this website, what we do with it, and your rights. It covers this website only; each town app has its own privacy notice.
Who we are

What we collect and why
When you contact us by email, phone or a form on this site, we receive what you send: usually your name, organisation, role, email address, town and message. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services, or taking steps at your request before a contract.
When you visit, your browser’s requests pass through Cloudflare, which hosts this site and delivers it from servers close to you. To deliver the site and protect it from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical details of each request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and your browser and device type. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a website that works and is secure. We do not use these details to identify you or build a profile of you.
If a page fails to load, your browser may send Cloudflare a short error report about the failed connection, so faults can be found and fixed. Reports are not sent for pages that load normally.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Security cookies. If Cloudflare’s protection needs to check that a visit is not an automated attack, it may set a short-lived security cookie (such as __cf_bm orcf_clearance). These are strictly necessary to keep the site secure, are not used to track you, and do not need your consent.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them.The film is hosted on YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode, and nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. Once you do, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that video.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is seen only by the Our App team and by the companies that provide our email, hosting and, where needed, professional advice, under their duties to protect it. We share it with authorities only where the law requires.

Information outside the UK
Cloudflare and Google are based in the United States, and Cloudflare runs servers around the world, so the technical details of your visit may be processed outside the UK. Where that happens, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires for international transfers, set out in each company’s data processing terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Cloudflare keeps the technical details of visits only for a short time, under its own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it. Write to freddie@our-app.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
