Our Hotel gives a small hotel, B&B, guest house or holiday let its own app: your rooms and services, the local area, and everything guests ask at reception, on their phones before they arrive.
Guests get the most out of their stay when the answers are in their pocket: breakfast times, the wifi, where to eat tonight and what to do tomorrow. You add your own information, and switch on our local data sets for the rest.

How does it work?
Four steps, and your business is on your customers’ phones.
We set up your app
Your business gets its own app inside one of our shared apps, in your look and with the features you choose. You can change it yourself whenever you like.
You share your link
You get your own link and QR code to put on your website, your menus, your receipts and your social media.
Customers download it
The link takes them to the App Store or Google Play, whichever their phone uses. When they open the app, it opens on your business.
They keep coming back
If a customer follows links from more than one business, the app keeps each of them behind the heart on its home screen, so they can flip between them.
The one compromise: the icon on your customers’ phones is the shared app’s icon, not your own. If you want your own name and icon in the app stores, a corporate app gives you that. See corporate apps.
Questions about Our Hotel
Can I change the app myself?
Yes. Each business gets its own login to the App Editor, so you can update your text, photos and sections whenever you like. We set it up with you first.
Will my app have its own icon on customers’ phones?
No: your customers download the shared app, so the icon on their phone is the shared app’s. Inside it, they see your business, in your look. If you want your own name and icon in the app stores, ask us about a corporate app.
Can my business be in our town’s app as well?
Yes. If your town has a town app from Our App, your business can have its app there too, alongside the rest of the high street. Ask us about it, or see town apps.
